For the theme Happiness & Music the pinball manufacturer Gottlieb produced the Flipper King Rock in 1972. On the baking glass an atmospheric band consisting of kings is shown. The pinball machine was designed by Ed Krynski. The artistic design is from the pen of Gordon Morison.
Something special are the four pinball fingers, which were placed next to each other. There are also five standup targets on the playing surface. Four of these targets are labeled with the letters K I N G. If the player hits the targets, he can collect many bonus points. In addition, there are two spinners on the upper half of the playing field, which can also increase the score. There are also four lanes and three pop bumpers on the playing field.
The King Rock pinball machine can be played with up to four people.
