With the Checkpoint pinball machine in 1991 a new era for pinball manufacturers began.
Data East was the first manufacturer who equipped their pinball machine with my dot-matrix display. Besides this special feature, the pinball machine has a lot more to offer. The Checkpoint Pinball is dedicated to the Porsche and therefore one of the few pinball machines that don't use a theme from movies and television. A total of 3.500 Checkpoint Flipper were produced.
This device is a must for every car fan, especially Porsche fans!

Start the ignition key and the ball races onto the playing surface. The built-in Shaker-Motos gives you the feeling of an action-packed ride in a Porsche. On the radar control display you can see the speed at which you are going to make the race track unsafe. The motto is: The faster the better!
Collect great prizes at "Spin and Win", win an extra ball at the pit stop and press the accelerator pedal hard to win more balls.
During your adventurous race you can even choose your music. You can choose from rock, rap, soul, jazz or classical music to add the finishing touches to your ride.
